1. The Latin Root
"Dei essentiam non cognoscere, in his quaerimus. Dei essentiam in verbis et nominibus quaerimus, in formis et figuris animalium, in arboribus et in floribus, in cacuminibus et fontibus."

* Outer: The physical landscape (The Latin list).
* Inner: The subtle channels and breath (The Fountains).
* Secret: The empty, radiant nature of awareness (The Peaks).
4. Practice: The Vajra Stupa Visualization
1. Align: Visualize your spine as the central axis of the world-mandala.
2. Recognize: See the world’s colors (White, Blue, Yellow, Red, Green) as the "clothing" of the Five Buddhas.
3. Internalize: Draw the external "peaks and fountains" into your own chakras.
4. Dissolve: Experience the "essence" as the spaciousness that remains when the seeker and the sought become one.
